Every day, she works diligently behind the scenes to ensure that everything runs smoothly with our Listing Services team. She quickly adapts to new design trends and changing markets, so no task is too big or complex for her to take on. Plus, she is an expert at managing multiple projects at once, staying organized, prioritizing contractors effectively, and meeting deadlines consistently—all while keeping our sellers informed throughout the process.
Originally from Connecticut, Martina has lived in the Bay Area for 25 years. In addition to her expertise in project management, she holds a certificate from UW in Project Management and is well-versed in marketing & creative operations from her time at Peet's Coffee and her own local East Bay cafe, Modern Coffee. Along with her partner, Kristen, she loves exploring the Bay Area's food and coffee scene or throwing pottery at her local studio when she gets the chance.
