Michael "Casey" Bradley
Casey has been renovating and building new construction projects for 20+ years and buying and selling real estate for 19 years, always with an eye to finding ways to increase equity in a property. His incredible knowledge of Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda neighborhoods and future development projects has helped many clients.
Casey lives in Berkeley with his wife, son, and daughter in their renovated 1970’s home, next door to two modern homes that he designed and built for his father and sister, creating a family compound. Casey enjoys writing screenplays, children’s stories, and nonfiction real estate development literature; he is currently working on a book about condominium and townhome development. He also enjoys travel photography and helping people navigate the permit process of various bay area jurisdictions.
