Stephen Bloom
Stephen Bloom became a real estate agent in the early 2000s to provide both buyers and sellers with a much higher level of service and professionalism. He remembers what it's like to be a first-time buyer, and you will find he can make buying a home a great experience – just ask his clients.
First licensed as a real estate agent in 2003, he also earned a broker license in 2011, as a way to provide his clients with the highest level of education and ability available in this profession. He is also registered as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource.
Stephen has personal experience developing and rehabilitating homes in the East Bay with the BloomHomes Team – if you have interest in buying a 'fixer,' he will be happy to share suggestions and lessons with you.
Raised in Minnesota (you betcha!), he transited through San Diego on his way to becoming a Bay Area native.
